Message from the Managing Director

For over ten years Web Windows has worked with graduates to give them a London-style career in media, marketing and advertising but based in our new offices in Peterborough. We’re a forward thinking business and look at any new recruit, not just for their current attributes but as potential future Directors too.

New employees will start as Trainee Media Sales Executives, but earn their stripes relatively quickly: we anticipate that you will be promoted to a fully trained Media Executive within six months. Career progression is clearly mapped out from this point with Senior Media Executive generally obtainable within 12 months and thereafter positions of Account Manager, Group Head and eventually Partner. This upward progression is matched by the lateral opportunities within our several large department areas.

The Company

The Role
If you can you hold an interesting conversation and possess a good sense of humour, Web Windows will help you to become a media sales professional.
You will be dealing with website owners, helping them to promote their site and market their businesses to huge newspaper and website audiences.
This is a career position for somebody interested in media and advertising sales. It is intellectually demanding and a creative quick thinker will thrive.

The Interview Process
Firstly, we’ll invite you to a group interview where we’ll give you some background to the company and take a first look at your CV. For successful candidates, a second interview will be arranged where you’ll be the sole focus – so expect some tougher questions. Finally we’ll post out an offer letter and there’ll be an off-site training day that you’ll be required to attend, along with any other new starters.
