According to figures from News International, The Times now has 119,255 digital subscribers, with the Sunday Times claiming 113,818.

?The figures show that the online newspapers have seen continual subscriber growth since they relaunched their websites behind paywalls in July 2010.

News International is now claiming a total daily paid audience of 524,368 for The Times and 1,081,793 for the Sunday Times. According to NI, an average of 59,882 copies of The Times was downloaded per day on iPad alone in January, reflecting a 35 per cent increase in the space of six months. The Sunday Times iPad edition was downloaded 63,959 times a week on average, an 80 per cent increase in the space of six months.
